i had a great time at park piolets. the staff were super helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything. the food was delicious, especially the buffet, like seriously so much choice. the room was really comfy and clean, with a lovely view of the slopes. the mini bus service to the gondola was a total lifesaver after a long day of skiing.

I was outraged by the hidden extra charges that were not disclosed upon arrival. We were told our dinner was included, only to find unexpected fees added to our bill. the staff seemed friendly while we were there, but their demeanor changed drastically when it came time to check out, leaving us feeling quite unwelcome.

The spa facilities offered a range of treatments and relaxation options that made unwinding after skiing truly enjoyable. the kids enjoyed the engaging activities in the kids club, which made our family time special.

The lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially in the warmer months. If they could standardize room cleaning and perhaps address the temperature issues, it would elevate the experience significantly.

The breakfast buffet was really good, offering a wide selection that catered to everyone in the family. We had a great time in the spa, especially the outdoor hot tub, just what we needed after a long day of skiing!

It wasn’t cheap, but totally worth it for the quality and service we received.
